Sir Wilfrid Laurier Park Picnic site #7
From the traffic circle at 87 Avenue and 142 Street, drive down Buena Vista Road.
At the bottom of Buena Vista Road:
Option #1: just before the traffic circle, take the right exit into the Zoo parking lot. (Zoo closes at 5pm)
Find a parking spot in the SE corner of the zoo parking lot (near the exit gate)
Walk across the road, and take the right fork. Walk past the washroom block. Look to the left and you will see the blue roof of picnic site #7.
Option #2: at the traffic circle, take the first exit. Drive round Sir Wilfrid Laurier Park Road until you come to picnic site #7. Continue in the same direction to exit.
ETS: Route 2 from downtown or West Edmonton Mall. 15min frequency during rush hour; 30 min. thereafter. Alight at 87Ave/ 142 Street traffic circle. 2km walk downhill.
