The board of the Edmonton Overlanders Orienteering Club is holding a Special General Meeting via Zoom, Tuesday March 24 at 6pm. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following amendment to our bylaws:
Replace 4.2(d) sentence 1 with: An individual may become an Honorary Member if the Board passes a motion at any Board Meeting recognizing the contributions of the individual to the Club or its objectives.
