Purpose: Special Meeting to approve the revised EOOC Bylaws.
When: Sunday January 14 at 5pm
Where: Rundle Park Family Centre
At the same time: potluck social – club will provide hot drinks, beef chili and vegetarian chili. Club members may bring additional potluck items to share, if they wish. We will have access to the rental room where we are holding the meeting from 4 pm to leave your potluck items (fridge and microwave). If you arrive earlier you could leave cold items in your car, or plug in a slow-cooker in the public area.
Before the meeting (from 2pm): orienteering activities including: a skate O, a snowshoe O (adult and children’s snowshoes available to borrow; driver’s licence required as deposit), a regular foot O. Check in at the public side of the Family Centre (facing the lake)
After the meeting (from 6pm) many of the same orienteering activities as above.
