Wed April 20 – Gold Bar Park. Access to the park is off 50th Street at equivalent to 110 Avenue, south side of the river. Park in the parking lot and walk down towards the lake. Location map
Wed April 27 – Hawrelak Park, main shelter next to the lake, close to the main parking lot. Access to the park is west off Groat Road, south of the Groat Bridge. Choice of short/easy, medium or long. Location map
Wed May 4 – Hermitage Park. Access off Victoria Trail, just north of the Yellowhead Hwy, onto Hermitage Road. Location map
Saturday May 7 – forest event at J J Collett Natural Area, south of Morningside (about one hour south of city limits). Details and location map
Wed May 11 – Kinsmen Park, bottom of Walterdale Hill and Queen Elizabeth Park Road, both one-way northbound. Location map
Wed May 18 – Laurier Park, south end of Buena Vista Road, near the zoo. NB: the north end of the map is in an off-leash area. Location map
Wed May 25 – Rundle Park, access south off 118 Ave at Abbottsfield Road, or 113 Ave near 30 Street. Location map

Wed June 1 – Blackfoot Recreation Area, Waskehegan Staging Area. 20 minutes east of Sherwood Park. Location map
Wed June 8 – Kinsmen Park, bottom of Walterdale Hill and Queen Elizabeth Park Road, both one-way northbound. Follow the road round to the right to the parking lot after the tennis courses and before the bridge pylons. Location map
Wed June 15 – Whitemud North – access north off Fox Drive onto Keillor Road. Registration/start will be just after the washroom building on the right; the parking lot is on the left immediately afterwards. Location map

Wed June 29 – Goldstick Park, north off 101 Avenue at 44 Street. Choice of short/easy, medium or long course. Location map

Sat/Sun/Mon, July 23 /24/25 – Western Canadian Championships in William A Switzer Provincial Park (near Hinton) as part of the Icefields Parkway Orienteering Festival. Details
Wed August 17 – Dawson Park – access north off Rowland Road at 89 Street, just west of the Dawson Bridge. Location map
Wed August 24 – Whitemud South. Access to the park is west off 119/122 Street, just south of the Whitemud Freeway, onto Rainbow Valley Road. Registration for this event will be in the parking lot BEFORE going under the freeway; additional parking (and a porta-potty) in the north lot. Location map
Wed Aug 31 – Argyll Velodrome, 6950 88 Street. Access north off Argyll Road at 86 Street. Location map
Wed Sept 7 – Terwillegar Park, – west end of Rabbit Hill Road. Location map
Wed Sept 14 – Coronation Park sprints. Enter the park at the corner of 139 Street and 114 Avenue. Stay to the left. 51 angle parking spots. Location map
Saturday October 15 – Cooking Lake/Blackfoot Provincial Recreation Area. A family-oriented event (in conjunction with the Kids Run Wild program) in the afternoon; a night orienteering score* event in the early evening. Night Score O Rules
